How to get the permit?
Are you working remotely for a foreign company or running your own freelance business abroad? If so, you may qualify for Spain’s new Digital Nomad Visa, designed for non-EU professionals who wish to live in Spain while working remotely.
Key benefits of the Digital Nomad Visa:
You can request a permit for all the members of your family.
The initial permit is valid for up to 3 years (if applied for from within Spain) and is renewable.
It allows you to unlimitedly travel to all the countries within the Schengen Area without the need to process a different visa for each one of them.
This permit will be renewable and will also allow you to access another long-term permit in the future.
At Visal Immigration, we guide you through the entire process — from eligibility assessment to final approval — with a personalized, efficient, and transparent approach.
Freelancers & Self-Employed Professionals
If you are self-employed and work with clients or companies based outside of Spain, you may qualify for the International Remote Work Residence Permit — commonly known as the Digital Nomad Visa.
Still unsure if this visa is right for you? The expert immigration lawyers at VISAL IMMIGRATION can guide you through every step of the process. Book your private consultation today and start planning your move to Spain.
